Kopi Luwak is made from coffee beans that have passed through the digestive system of civet cats, which eat ripe coffee cherries.

It is known as one of the world's rarest coffees.

At 0566 Coffee Factory, we don't just offer it because it's "rare."

We actually visited Indonesia, saw the production area around Lake Toba in North Sumatra, and established a direct sourcing route with local partners. The current page also explicitly states that we visit the local area and source through a direct import route.

Its distinctive sweetness, smooth texture, and long-lasting aftertaste.

HYBRID COFFEE SAKE

Japan's sake culture meets coffee.

HYBRID COFFEE, developed by 0566 Coffee Factory, is a unique series that combines the flavors of alcoholic beverages with coffee.

Among them, the one chosen for this gift is SAKE - Japanese sake.

By layering the soft aroma, umami, and aftertaste of Japanese sake onto coffee, we created a world slightly different from conventional coffee. The current page also introduces it as a coffee developed by 0566 that "fuses alcoholic beverages and coffee."

Not simply replicating Asian tradition, but creating a new cup.
