0566 Coffee Factory, which creates coffee, is dedicated to exploring and creating new coffee experiences through roasting, seeking to inspire emotion and surprise. We are also committed to discovering rare coffees from around the world. In particular, we have developed non-alcoholic hybrid coffees with an alcoholic aroma, and we are pioneering the future of coffee.

OUR COFFEE
At 0566 Coffee Works, which handles a large number of unique coffees, we actively visit coffee producing regions and discover coffees from around the world, relentlessly pursuing "delicious coffee" without any complicated reasoning.
Indonesia, in particular, is one of the world's leading coffee producing regions, and we have been visiting the area for about 20 years to establish our own routes.
Kopi Luwak, the legendary coffee, is one of them, but we will continue to explore coffee farms around the world in search of new coffee encounters.
Currently, we are working on a project to establish our own farm in Bali. Please look forward to it.
SHOP
In addition to selling coffee beans, our store also has a cafe space where you can enjoy coffee roasted in-house.
Not only our coffee, but also our sweets are highly acclaimed, attracting customers from afar.
Sitting proudly at the back is the world-class roasting machine from German company Probat, the heart of 0566 Coffee Works.

As a new venture, we established a joint venture company in China.
0566 Coffee Factory's first Shanghai store opened in a luxury shopping mall in Pudong, Shanghai.
It has been well-received and is bustling with coffee fans every day, and we currently have 10 stores in Shanghai.
