Interview

- Based on the interview, we will provide an estimated quote at this stage.
Sample Production
- 0566 Coffee Works will produce several samples.
Tasting
- We will determine the direction by tasting 2 to 3 types of prototype samples.
- From here, we will make adjustments as needed to achieve the final product.
Quotation
- Once the type of coffee to be used is decided, we will provide a quote.
Completion
- Delivery and shipment will be made on your desired date.
[Coffee Wholesale Case Study 1]
Case Study: Mikawa Slow Food Kura in Chiryu City, Aichi Prefecture
We created an original blend for Mikawa Slow Food Kura, which they serve as an after-meal drink with lunch and other meals.
The owner personally approached me with a request to create an original blend.
"A fragrant coffee with a rich body that isn't too heavy, allowing for a relaxed enjoyment."
Based on this, I developed a prototype of the original blend.
We interviewed store owner, Shunsuke Sakai.
Why did you decide to create your own original blend?
"I love 0566 coffee and come here often, but I wanted my customers to enjoy this feeling of happiness after their meal too. Also, I was interested in the idea of being able to create a flavor that perfectly matched Kurara's cuisine."
What has been the reputation and effect of the original blend?
"It's been very well received, of course, but the number of customers ordering after-dinner coffee as a set has significantly increased."
What are your thoughts on having introduced the original blend?
"I asked them to create something with low acidity, and I believe that because there's less acidity in the aftertaste, customers can truly savor the post-meal lingering flavor and their conversations. We've succeeded in creating that time."
[Case Study 2: Coffee Wholesale]
Case study: Trattoria 223, a popular Italian restaurant in Anjo City, Aichi Prefecture.
For lunch, they serve "0566 Blend" and "Strong Blend," a rich coffee for iced coffee. For dinner, they serve their original "Winey Blend."
When they asked, "Do you wholesale coffee beans?", we proposed five types of samples, imagining various scenarios such as lunch, dinner, and dessert, and they narrowed it down to three.

What are your thoughts on 0566 Coffee Works' coffee?
During the tasting, all of our staff were captivated by its deliciousness. Like wine and various ingredients, I felt the profoundness in its origin, blend, production method, management, and the passion and thoughts of the producer. In a word, it's wonderful. The original blend, unlike any other, is also incredibly tasty. This amazing feat is only possible because Mr. Matsui knows me and my cooking well. I'm delighted to be working with him.
