We use a luxurious natural Ethiopian Yirgacheffe as the base, which provides a faint berry aroma while firmly embodying a full-bodied richness reminiscent of red wine. Furthermore, Guatemalan Atitlán adds a refreshing floral lemon-like acidity, and Brazilian beans bring harmony, resulting in an absolute balance and a flavor profile that many people will enjoy.
