Why did you decide to create your own original blend?
"I love 0566 coffee and come here often, but I wanted my customers to enjoy this feeling of happiness after their meal too. Also, I was interested in the idea of being able to create a flavor that perfectly matched Kurara's cuisine."
What has been the reputation and effect of the original blend?
"It's been very well received, of course, but the number of customers ordering after-dinner coffee as a set has significantly increased."
What are your thoughts on having introduced the original blend?
"I asked them to create something with low acidity, and I believe that because there's less acidity in the aftertaste, customers can truly savor the post-meal lingering flavor and their conversations. We've succeeded in creating that time."
