Soaking green coffee beans in alcohol was a method that went against the drying process in producing countries, so it wasn't easy, but it was completed thanks to the cooperation of the development department and related parties.

After soaking green coffee beans in alcohol to ensure thorough penetration, they are dried using a special method.
