Its aroma is more like alcohol than coffee; once you taste this coffee, you'll never forget it. This hybrid coffee experience is truly an event! If you talk about coffee, or rather, if you love coffee, I highly recommend trying it at least once. The aroma is superb, and not only that, it's a super coffee with a unique umami flavor! It's the world's first hybrid of coffee and alcoholic beverages. While "phantom coffee Kopi Luwak," "elephant coffee Black Ivory," and rare "Geisha" can be found, hybrid coffee exists only at 0566 Coffee Works in the world!

*It's non-alcoholic, so you won't get drunk.
"WINE"
A refreshing and exquisite flavor where the umami of coffee is enveloped by the richness and fruity notes of full-bodied wine.
"GIN"
A coffee with an intense gin and herb aroma, and a refreshing alcoholic sensation, offering a completely new experience you've never tasted before. It's almost like drinking gin.
"RUM"
A mellow and gentle masterpiece where the subtle sweet flavor of rum supports the coffee, creating an exquisite balance. It's not just about the aroma; it's undeniably delicious coffee.
"SAKE - Japanese Alcohol"
Upon tasting, a faint apricot-like fruit acidity wafts through, followed by a substantial sweetness and rich umami that gradually permeates the body.

Also recommended for iced coffee!

≪Manufacturing Process≫
0566 Coffee Works has long been exploring hybrids of alcoholic beverages and coffee. The act of soaking green coffee beans in alcohol goes against the drying process in producing countries, making it a difficult endeavor. However, it was completed thanks to the cooperation of the development department and various related parties.
After soaking green coffee beans in alcohol to thoroughly infuse them, they are dried using a special method. After drying, the alcohol is evaporated by roasting at a high temperature of over 200 degrees Celsius. Although the alcohol evaporates, its beverage components remain, creating a unique flavor and umami. The result is a mysterious coffee that has a distinct alcoholic sensation despite being non-alcoholic. It's truly an original unique to 0566 Coffee Works! The birth of hybrid coffee. It's highly likely that this hybrid coffee is the first of its kind in the world. The lack of certainty is due to the impossibility of investigating the other side of the world, but I have never encountered such coffee before.

Roaster's Comment
"The basic roasting for all hybrid coffees is stopped around High Roast. This creates an exquisite balance of aroma and umami. What's interesting about roasting is that the negative acidity inherent in coffee is generally absent. It becomes strikingly clear when made into iced coffee; there's no acidity, it's rich and mellow, and the aroma doesn't diminish even when cold. I've never encountered such coffee in its native form. Nevertheless, roasting is difficult. After all, it's been soaked in liquid... That said, when roasted properly, its performance is outstanding. The overwhelming aroma is second to none. No, such coffee doesn't inherently exist! Yet, it's truly remarkable that such a thing was developed; I commend the development department and, as a roaster, I'm proud to be able to create such coffee."
