0566 Coffee Factory began in Chiryu, Aichi, Japan.
From the beginning, our work has never been only about sourcing, roasting, and selling coffee. We believe in visiting origins ourselves, meeting the people behind the coffee, understanding the land, and exploring new possibilities together.
Today, our journey is expanding beyond Japan — from Bali and the Lake Toba region of Sumatra, Indonesia, to Malaysia and beyond.
We are working on coffee cultivation and processing research, developing new coffees with local partners, building relationships at origin, and exploring new possibilities for 0566 around the world.
Every place brings new people, new ideas, and new stories.
